Terms of Service

The rules that apply when you access or use AnglerHost.

Your agreement and account

By creating an account or using AnglerHost, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the policies that apply to your activity. You must be at least 13, provide accurate information, protect your login, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access.

  • One person may not impersonate another or create deceptive accounts.
  • Club presidents, officers, and tournament directors are responsible for assigning permissions carefully.

Clubs and tournaments

AnglerHost supplies software for administration, communication, registration, scoring, and results. Clubs and tournament organizers—not AnglerHost—set rules, entry requirements, prizes, eligibility, safety procedures, and decisions.

  • Organizers must publish clear rules and apply them fairly.
  • Participants are responsible for complying with laws, licenses, water-access rules, and event instructions.
  • Final results may be corrected with an audit trail where authorized.

Payments and subscriptions

Stripe-connected payments are processed by Stripe and may include disclosed processing or platform fees. Venmo, cash, and outside payments occur between the participant and organizer. Subscription and refund terms shown at purchase are incorporated into these Terms.

  • AnglerHost does not guarantee prize payments or organizer solvency.
  • Chargebacks, refunds, taxes, and disputes may require records from the organizer and participant.

Content and acceptable use

You keep ownership of content you submit and grant AnglerHost a limited license to host, process, display, and transmit it to operate the service. You may not upload illegal, infringing, abusive, deceptive, unsafe, or malicious content or interfere with the service.

  • AnglerHost may remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, preserve evidence, or cooperate with authorities when reasonably necessary.

Disclaimers and liability

AnglerHost is provided on an “as available” basis. Fishing, boating, weather, travel, and live events involve inherent risks. To the extent allowed by law, Stormwind Solutions LLC is not responsible for organizer decisions, participant conduct, field conditions, prizes, or indirect damages. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
