Request deletion

The fastest method is to sign in, open My account, and use Request account deletion. If you cannot access your account, email support@stormwindsolutions.com from the address associated with the account and include “Account deletion request” in the subject.

• We may verify your identity before completing the request.
• You may cancel a pending request by contacting support before processing is complete.

What is deleted or retained

We delete or de-identify account profile information and personal content that is no longer needed. Some data may be retained when necessary for fraud prevention, security, legal obligations, financial records, active disputes, or the integrity of finalized club and tournament history.

• Public results may remain with your identity removed or minimized where practical.
• Deleting an account does not automatically dissolve a club or tournament; leadership transfer or closure may be required first.
• Catch-photo retention follows the Tournament Safety policy.
